From the beginning of November until the end of April (dates may vary depending on weather), property can only be accessed by snowmobile. Owner can arrange transportation for an extra fee on snowmobile from the village (5 minutes ride).

Featuring a panoramic view of Saguenay Fjord, this 4-bedroom chalet features a full kitchen, wood-burning stove, living area and 2 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms and 1 rustic loft Accessible in winter by snowmobile only, guests must have a VTT with rails or snowmobile from November 15th until May 1rst. In winter, guests must park their cars and pick-ups at the citys parking lot in the middle of the village of Sainte-Rose-du-Nord, fees are 25CAN per 24h per car. Beach and lake access is located 10km from the property. The beach is located at the Lake Respond with free parking. No beach anymore at 100 meters.
